Now, if I were to focus on 1 thing truly amazing about the hotel, it would be hard as there are so many but it would have to be their fantastic restaurant, Chino Latino’s, which to me, rivals the country’s finest. I recently visited the famous Buddakan Restaurant in New York, you’d know it from the famous Carrie & Big Engagement Party scene and to me, the food was reminiscent of here. Asian Fusion with delights such as Black Cod, Lobster Jungle Curry (Winner of Best Main, Leeds Guide Pan-Asian Food Awards 2009), Thai Style Tuna Tartare & Beef ceviché with coriander, shallots, cucumber and lotus root, need I go on, the list of gastronmic delights are endless and I’d go as far to say, Leeds is very lucky to have this restaurant!
